Please fill out the following form completely.  Requests must be submitted at LEAST THREE WEEKS in advance to guarantee staffing.  If you do not fill in all the information, your request will not be able to be processed.  Once submitted you will be contacted by our special events staff to confirm your request.  

If you do not hear from our staff by a week prior to our event, please contact our office to confirm your request.

Are you are University Department with multiple event requests?
Univesity departments who have multiple requests, can upload a file with the details.  You will not complete the "Event Information" page.
