U of M Twin Cities: Attempted Robbery in the area of 8th ST SE/ 10th AVE SE at 5:45 PM. A second robbery was attempted at 13th AVE/ 8th ST SE at 7:05 PM . The suspect in both cases was described as a male wearing a blue and white Nike sweatshirt, dark pants and a disposable facemask. In both cases the suspect attempted to take the victim's cell phones.
