U of M Twin Cities: Robbery occurred at 12:00 pm near 16th Ave S and Franklin Ave E. Location of the crime is adjacent to a U of M clinic that is separated from the main campus. Suspects robbed a victim at gunpoint and stole their vehicle. Suspect vehicle is a Black SUV, possibly a Toyota. Suspect's direction of travel is unknown. Victim's vehicle was a grey Mazda CX-5.
