U of M Twin Cities: Carjacking occurred approximately 30 minutes ago at Washington Ave Se and University Ave Se. Victim was performing a delivery at this location and was assaulted by the suspect. The suspect took the victim’s vehicle: a Silver Toyota Prius MN plate HGL205. The driver’s side mirror cover was ripped off in the scuffle. There is a limited description of the suspect.
