U of M Twin Cities: Assault occurred at 12:15 pm. Victim was chased by a suspect who threatened her with a knife. Victim successfully escaped. Suspect is a male in his 40's, wearing olive green top and army style green pants. Last seen under the 14th Ave Bridge near Dinkytown. Be cautious and avoid the area.
