U of M Twin Cities: Shooting occurred at approximately 2:15 AM near the 19th Ave Ramp, near Cedar Ave S and 3rd St S. Victim sustained a non life-threatening injury. 3 male suspects with no other description fled the area. No current ongoing threat in the area. MPD is investigating.
