U of M Twin Cities: Robbery occurred in the alley of 311 Harvard St SE at 1:18 am. Male suspect wearing a dark hoodie with white lettering (possibly NASA), dark pants and a black ski mask displayed a handgun. The victim's loss was a cell phone and wallet.
