U of M Twin Cities: Robbery occurred at Harvard St Se and Delaware St Se at approx. 4:40 am. A victim was robbed at gun point and their cell phone and wallet was taken. There are two vehicles associated with the incident: a black Dodge charger and a black Chrysler. Two suspects robbed the victim and then got into the vehicles noted above.
