U of M Twin Cities: U of M Twin Cities: Carjacking-Robbery occurred near the 400 block of 22nd Ave SE at 9:40 pm. The victim’s car was taken, a White Honda CRV AEN-3041 (Wisconsin license plate) According to the victim, the suspect had something in his hand during the robbery, the male suspect is 5’4” thin build with dark hoodie, dark pants and COVID type mask.
