U of M Twin Cities: Indecent Conduct at Rec Center, 123 Harvard Street SE, on 10/25/24, occurred at approximately 7:45 AM. While the victim was using a shower stall, they observed a cell phone recording from a gap in the partition. Suspect is a male in his late 30's, bald with a beard, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, carrying a black backpack. This occurred on campus and did involve a campus community member.
