U of M Twin Cities: Robbery occurred at 8:30 pm on Friday, February 21st near 4th and Cedar Ave S. Victim had their purse taken in the incident. Suspect is described as a female, approx. 20 years old, gray puffer jacket with white and grey pants. This occurred off campus and did not involve campus community members.
