U of M Twin Cities: Aggravated Robbery in the area of 4th ST SE / 15th AVE SE on 5/7 at 11:35 PM. An aggravated robbery was reported on 4th ST SE / 15TH AVE at 11:26 PM. The suspect in this case was walking with a group of 8 people and was described as a heavy set male wearing a black hat. The suspect approached the victim, punched the victim multiple times and took the victim’s cell phone. The suspect ran south on 14th Ave from this location. No weapon was seen.
