U of M Twin Cities: Aggravated Assault - Shooting. Occurred near the 1200 block of 4th St SE at 11:52pm. Victim shot and taken to the hospital in serious condition. Second victim was grazed with a lesser injury. Suspect is 5’7” thin, wearing a long sleeve white shirt and black ski mask.
