Dinkytown Alert:U of M Twin Cities: Robbery of person at 6:35 pm near University and Church St Se. Suspect jumped out of a vehicle, and grabbed a victim’s cell phone. Suspect is described as wearing black hooded sweatshirt, black mask, 5’06” tall. Suspect vehicle is a silver Hyundai Sonata with a MN Plate of LTM034.
