U of M Twin Cities: Indecent conduct occurred on 4/19/2023, 12 pm, at Walter Library. Victim reported that a subject touched her buttocks and wiped an unknown substance on her. This occurred in a stairwell between the basement and the first floor. Suspect description: Male, 18-21 yoa, 510, 170lbs, trimmed dark beard; black puffy jacket, white shirt, gray sweatpants, white sneakers, black stocking cap.
