Timely Warning-August 28, 2017
On Sunday, August 27 at approximately 11 p.m. a robbery occurred at Oak Street SE and East River Parkway and was reported to the Minneapolis Police Department.
According to the police report, a group of three male suspects approached the victim near the intersection and demanded his valuables. The victim, who is a University of Minnesota student, turned his wallet over to the three suspects who ran away on foot. The victim was not injured.

The Department of Public Safety is required to issue Timely Notifications for crimes that meet the criteria under the Federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. This crime occurred off Campus and is being investigated by the Minneapolis Police Department.
