Community Engagement Team
The Community Engagement Team (CET) focuses on building positive relationships with the campus community. The team participates in engagement activities, foot beats and community events. The team is comprised of member who focus on proactive engagement, communicating safety messages and responding to campus concerns.
Each member of the team focuses on specific areas within the campus community. The officers are liaisons between the police department and the community. They work to establish a rapport with the campus community.
They are available to put on crime prevention and personal safety presentations for the University Community.

Meet Officer Christopher Fonseca, his picture is from this year's National Asian Peace Officers Association Conference.
Officer Fonseca has been in Law Enforcement since 2007. He is a firearms instructor and a member of the National Latino Peace Officers Association. He enjoys participating in the annual NERF Games held by the department each spring.
